Head Procurement Automotive EMEA

Lead and manage the interdisci plinary “Automotive EMEA” purchasing team (including Supplier Quality and Process Engineers) for injection molding and in-house production supplier relationships. Own strategy and development for the “Automotive Business Parts” material group across EMEA, diversifying the global supplier base and securing supply through risk-minimization measures. Oversee indirect procurement, Capex, and services using digital tools, collaborating closely with engineering, R&D, and sales, and travel to supplier and Sika sites (~30%).
