Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary HR contact for onboarding, employee lifecycle events, and terminations across Australia, supporting other ANZ/APAC markets as needed.
  • •Manage sensitive employee relations and terminations, including attending relevant calls/meetings and drafting legally sound documentation.
  • •Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors.
  • •Advise clients on benefits, compliance, workforce planning, employment contracts, and risk mitigation.
  • •Support performance and compensation processes (including PIPs), act as SPOC for immigration/mobility in collaboration with Global Mobility, and drive HR process automation and compliance governance projects.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of HR experience.
  • •Deep expertise of labour laws and strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, including Fair Work compliance and Modern Awards.
  • •Practical experience managing WHS standards and Worker’s Compensation / Return to Work processes.
  • •Experience supporting complex employee relations.
  • •Tech-savvy with HRIS and tools including Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and collaboration tools like Zoom & Slack.
