Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead store operations to drive profitability and efficiency, coaching teams and initiating/delegating work to achieve total store results.
  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink, including investigating and escalating inventory accuracy gaps.
  • •Manage operational execution for shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Champion visual standards and support a safe work environment through strong stockroom standards and processes.
  • •Oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment, development, performance evaluations, feedback, and cross-functional training support.
