Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage the Customization product backlog, defining product vision, roadmap, priorities, goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • •Translate strategic business objectives into technology initiatives and user stories, and prioritize requests by value, impact, risk, and complexity.
  • •Serve as Scrum Master: facilitate ceremonies, manage sprint progress, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement and predictable delivery.
  • •Elicit and document business requirements, ensuring traceability between requirements and delivered functionality; support testing and solution validation.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to align stakeholders on priorities and delivery timelines, monitor platform performance, and drive operational efficiency and automation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Scrum Master, or Product Delivery roles.
  • •Manage Agile software delivery teams and apply Agile methodologies and SDLC knowledge.
  • •Gather, elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, including process flows, use cases, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to partner with business leaders and development teams.
  • •Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms.
