Build and own the Origins partner pipeline by opening relationships with deep-tech and life-sciences investors, venture and growth funds, asset managers, and family offices aligned with Origins’ thesis. Serve as a trusted, senior external voice representing Lila and contributing strategic judgment to structuring and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

•Open and build relationships with deep-tech and life-sciences investors, science-focused funds, asset managers, and family offices aligned with Origins’ thesis and mission.
•Build and own a sophisticated partner pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and prioritizing long-term strategic partner relationships.
•Maintain active intelligence on each relationship, including investment thesis, portfolio interests, decision dynamics, and evolving priorities.
•Co-lead engagements with the Head of Origins from initial outreach through signed partnership, ensuring the right stakeholders are involved.
•Represent Origins externally as a trusted, senior voice and steward/grow relationships over time, shaping partnership positioning from partner feedback.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 168,000 - 272,000 annually
