Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide project management support on major road schemes, including delivery management of tasks, analysis, problem solving, briefing plans, progress reports, programme updates and invoicing
  • •Lead and guide a team of project staff, providing professional and technical coaching to develop capabilities
  • •Contribute to contract preparation and contract supervision using NEC forms of contract
  • •Manage business/quality management system processes and tools, including risk/resource management, earned value analysis, project reviews and lessons learned
  • •Maintain strong client relationships and drive continuous improvement in project management services

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in Civil Engineering
  • •Incorporated or Chartered Status (AMICE/MICE/EI or equivalent) or equivalent demonstrable experience
  • •Experience in Civil engineering or roads projects
  • •Be able to demonstrate clear and successful project management skills and technical competence in the field of highway engineering
  • •Full driver’s license
