Key Responsibilities

•Plan and execute field marketing programs — Own the end-to-end delivery of regional field events (executive roundtables, roadshows, hosted dinners, third-party sponsorships) that generate pipeline and accelerate existing opportunities.
•Drive pipeline contribution — Partner with regional Sales and SDRs to align programs to account and territory priorities, ensuring consistent pipeline and bookings impact.
•Manage event logistics — Coordinate all aspects of event execution including venue selection, vendor management, invitations, content, and post-event follow-up.
•Collaborate cross-functionally — Work with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Content teams to ensure regional programs are aligned to global campaign strategy.
•Track and report performance — Measure program ROI including responses, MQLs, meetings, SQOs, and influenced pipeline. Report findings to stakeholders on a regular cadence.

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation.
•Proven track record of planning and executing multi-format events that deliver measurable pipeline impact.
•Strong project management skills — ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and meet deadlines.
•Experience working closely with Sales teams, ideally in a technology or SaaS company.
•Data-driven mindset: comfortable working with marketing metrics and CRM/MA tools (Salesforce, Marketo, or equivalent).
