•Outreach directly into prospective agents via cold-calls, text, emails, and marketing campaigns to create qualified opportunities
•Articulate our value proposition and handle objections to advance opportunities in your market
•Collaborate with Strategic Growth Managers and Team Leaders to develop successful prospecting strategies
•Document all activities within our CRM, maintaining flawless data management

•Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience (SDR, Customer Success/Service, Direct Sales, Account Management)

•Self-starter attitude and ability to solve problems without direct supervision, comfortable with ambiguity
•Excellent communication skills with ability to lead client meetings and presentations
•Highly organized with ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
