Key Responsibilities

  • •In conjunction with or in the absence of management staff, guide daily store operations and hourly associates to maximize sales and excellent customer service.
  • •Provide coaching and training for Sales Associates on product knowledge, store activities, job duties, and policies/procedures.
  • •Support merchandising and merchandise presentation (windows, showcases, sales floor) to attract attention and drive sales.
  • •Manage staffing and labor cost control standards, maintain store upkeep duties, and help ensure needed staff coverage.
  • •Complete documentation for applicants/new hires and perform sales transactions (cash/credit/checks) using the point of sale system while resolving customer complaints and returned merchandise issues.

Key Requirements
