Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the delivery of a diverse range of highly complex infrastructure projects and programmes for clients.
  • •Administer NEC3 and NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contracts as an ECC Project Manager.
  • •Provide leadership and develop teams while operating effectively in ambiguous, challenging environments.
  • •Manage stakeholders and build long-term trusted-advisor relationships with clients and partner organisations.
  • •Own contract management, financial management, project controls, and health, safety, quality, and environmental management across workstreams.

Key Requirements

  • •NEC3 or NEC4 Accredited Project Manager is essential.
  • •Significant experience in infrastructure project and/or programme management across the project lifecycle, including contract management, leadership, financial management, and project controls.
  • •Significant experience administering NEC3 and NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contracts in a named ECC Project Manager role (or in the last 12 months).
  • •Strong leadership skills to develop teams and lead in challenging or ambiguous environments.
  • •Strong commercial, forecasting, and budgeting experience, with planning, communication, and organisational skills to manage multiple workstreams.
