Key Responsibilities

•Lead and support QA automation initiatives across web and mobile platforms.
•Partner with business, technology, QA, and delivery teams to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and quality.
•Support digital delivery using automation-first and engineering-led testing practices.
•Explore and implement AI-enabled QA solutions, including AI Agent use cases for Business QA.
•Provide technical guidance to QA colleagues and support automation and AI capability uplift; coordinate deliverables with stakeholders and timelines.

Key Requirements

•Experience in QA automation, software engineering, digital delivery, or change management.
•Hands-on web automation testing experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
•Mobile automation testing experience for iOS and/or Android, such as Appium.
•Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python.
•Experience with AI Agent development or AI-enabled software delivery/testing.
