Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support QA automation initiatives across web and mobile platforms.
  • •Partner with business, technology, QA, and delivery teams to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and quality.
  • •Support digital delivery using automation-first and engineering-led testing practices.
  • •Explore and implement AI-enabled QA solutions, including AI Agent use cases for Business QA.
  • •Provide technical guidance to QA colleagues and support automation and AI capability uplift; coordinate deliverables with stakeholders and timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in QA automation, software engineering, digital delivery, or change management.
  • •Hands-on web automation testing experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
  • •Mobile automation testing experience for iOS and/or Android, such as Appium.
  • •Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python.
  • •Experience with AI Agent development or AI-enabled software delivery/testing.
