Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashing negotiable instruments, while providing excellent customer service. Maintain cash balancing, verify documents, resolve discrepancies, and follow security and compliance procedures. Build professional client relationships, operate an online teller terminal, protect customer privacy, and cross-sell bank products. Support coordination with team members through reporting, training, and related duties as assigned.
