Personal Banker Associate I - Prunedale

Support retail customers and prospects using a consultative sales process to assess financial needs, build customer profiles, and recommend retail consumer and small business solutions. Proactively reach out using CAMP and approved marketing tools, set appointments, cross-sell to existing households, and engage in outside sales activities. Maintain strong referral relationships with internal business partners and help achieve Financial Center customer experience and production goals while processing teller transactions and performing platform staff duties.
