Key Responsibilities

  • •Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions.
  • •Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out, set appointments, and conduct periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities including presentations, sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
  • •Own loan sourcing from application through closing and participate in opening/closing processes for the financial center or bank mart as directed.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
