Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of Site Co-ordinators to ensure assessment centres in your area have appropriate reception cover and correct outcomes are recorded.
  • •Supervise appointments daily to ensure assessments start within 30 minutes and manage cancellations and customer waiting times.
  • •Provide weekly/monthly performance updates on waiting times and cancellations and recommend booking policy changes based on trends.
  • •Serve as the local Health & Safety responsible person in collaboration with HSEQ, including DSE assessments and compliance with relevant procedures.
  • •Act as the local Systems Administrator for initial resolution and escalation of local systems issues and manage appointment systems and Health Professionals’ diaries.

  • •Daily supervision to ensure assessments are started within 30 minutes of appointment time, and manage cancellations and customer wait times.
  • •Act as the local Health & Safety responsible person, including ensuring DSE assessments are completed for site staff.
  • •Undergo and successfully gain BPSS security clearance to undertake the position.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, with excellent communication, planning/organization, and influencing skills.
