Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of engineering staff by managing assignment, monitoring workload, and driving post-Si activities.
  • •Create plans for IP validation execution and establish deliverable requirements, milestones, and metrics.
  • •Track execution/debug progress and align schedules with peer groups and internal customers.
  • •Deploy post-silicon debug infrastructure across software, hardware, automation environment, and lab setup.
  • •Implement change control and issue management processes, coordinate across Debug/Platform/FW/ATE validation teams, and provide status updates to internal leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Management or technical leadership experience.
  • •Knowledge of computer hardware architecture (CPU/APU, x86, PCIe, memory, bus logic) and software architecture (driver, bios, firmware usage).
  • •Experience developing validation methodologies and infrastructure.
  • •Test plan and test development experience.
  • •Experience participating in silicon bring up and debug, supporting internal engineering teams.
