Plant Manager

Direct day-to-day Operations and Maintenance activities at a power plant, ensuring safe, efficient performance and compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Provide first-line management and supervision for supervisory and O&M staff, develop safety procedures, and oversee training, performance management, and discipline. Plan and execute maintenance outages and plant modifications, manage O&M budgeting and reporting, and maintain effective communications with employees, owners, customers, and NRG corporate teams.
