Job Summary

Lead cross-functional electronic payments processing implementation projects in a customer-facing environment, coordinating technical and non-technical experts from Mastercard and customers. Serve as the central point of contact through end-to-end execution, assess customer needs, define scope and plans, and drive project delivery using global coordination methodology. Perform detailed end-to-end processing system impact analyses in parallel while advising customer processing support staff and ensuring quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead cross-functional processing implementation project teams of electronic payment processing experts across Mastercard and customers.
•Act as the central point of contact for customers and/or Mastercard customer representatives throughout end-to-end processing implementation execution.
•Assess and document customer needs, defining how customer requirements impact Mastercard and customer core and non-core processing systems and platforms.
•Define scope, plan, and drive customer processing implementation projects for new electronic payments processing business activities using the global project coordination methodology.
•Execute initial end-to-end processing system impact analyses for multiple key customer implementation projects in parallel and advise customer processing support staff.

Key Requirements

•Relevant experience in information technology system knowledge with strong understanding of network technology, applications, and project management.
•Strong payment transaction processing and electronic payments principles knowledge (authorization, clearing, settlement).
•Strong understanding of Mastercard payment processing systems, formats, and customer host interface testing services and principles.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and senior/executive management.
•Strong project management skills, including leading matrix organizations and cross-functional teams.
