  • •Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers and a multimedia producer by setting priorities, unblocking challenges, and enabling creativity and growth.
  • •Oversee the end-to-end creation of learning programs for new hire onboarding, continuous learning, and product or process changes across frontline teams.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs, align on goals, and co-create training tied to business objectives and user experience.
  • •Streamline systems and operational workflows to improve content management, team efficiency, and scalability of learning initiatives.
  • •Explore and implement emerging learning technology (including AI), and define and track success metrics to continuously improve learning outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,600 - 149,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •People leadership experience: 5+ years managing instructional design, L&D, or enablement teams in high-growth or fast-changing environments.
  • •Proven instructional design expertise using adult learning theory, instructional design best practices, and performance enablement.
  • •Hands-on technical fluency with learning tools, content authoring tools, and ideally AI-based solutions for content development and management.
  • •Strategic and operational mindset to set vision and drive execution, including defining KPIs and managing complex projects.
  • •Strong communication and cross-functional skills to align stakeholders and translate business goals into enablement solutions for diverse audiences.
