Lead enablement design for Thumbtack’s Field Enablement team by managing instructional designers and a multimedia producer. Own end-to-end creation of learning programs for new hire onboarding, continuous learning, and product/process changes. Partner cross-functionally to translate learning needs into scalable training, streamline enablement workflows, adopt learning technology (including AI), and define metrics to measure and improve learning outcomes.
