Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement ISM, ISO, and ISPS systems across the assigned fleet and ensure required publications, procedures, manuals, and other documentation are onboard and updated as required.
  • •Ensure promotion and maintenance of the company’s safety culture to the highest standards.
  • •Coordinate with captains and crew on day-to-day safety and welfare, including briefings and communication of roles and expectations.
  • •Manage crew and personnel-related activities, including travel, crew changes, and monitoring crew overlap days.
  • •Conduct regular onboard inspections (monthly) covering hull, cargo spaces, deck machinery, and safety equipment, and ensure DP equipment/navigational equipment readiness.
