Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, covering planning through closeout.
  • •Work directly with clients to prepare project scope, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules and milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Conduct request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or via project qualification.
  • •Ensure project documentation governance and maintain accurate, timely, coordinated project data integrity.
  • •Direct the project delivery team, track progress and variances, and develop risk mitigation and contingency action plans; coach others as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • •LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
  • •Ability to exercise judgment using analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • •Advanced organizational skills and sophisticated math skills, including calculating mildly complex financial-related figures.
