Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the technical roadmap and technical direction for enterprise integration platforms, ensuring they meet current and future business needs.
  • •Lead design and review of enterprise integration solutions across MuleSoft and SnapLogic, improving scalability, security, reusability, maintainability, resilience, and observability.
  • •Own delivery across a portfolio of integration initiatives, ensuring commitments are met for timelines, scope, quality, and business outcomes.
  • •Line manage integration engineers, including goal setting, performance management, coaching, mentoring, hiring, onboarding, and organizational planning.
  • •Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, resilient, and operationally supported with appropriate logging, monitoring, error handling, and escalation for issues.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years designing and delivering enterprise integrations across one or more integration platforms (e.g., Informatica, Dell Boomi, Oracle Service Bus).
  • •5+ years hands-on integration design and development experience on MuleSoft and/or SnapLogic.
  • •Strong technical understanding of enterprise integration architecture, patterns, and platform capabilities.
  • •Proven experience leading and developing high-performing engineering teams, including senior engineers and technical leads.
  • •Experience working with AWS-hosted integration environments and messaging services such as SQS and SNS.
