Senior Cost Manager - Healthcare Construction

Lead cost management for healthcare construction projects, serving as the key day-to-day client interface. Own cost estimating, planning, and updates through design milestones, and manage change orders, cost controls, valuations, contingency tracking, and funding presentations. Coordinate with design services, general contractors, and stakeholders on cost estimates, procurement input, and value engineering sessions. Produce monthly cost reports, manage financial and contractual risk, and support SOX-related control responsibilities where applicable.
