Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration/contracting/civil affairs or similar role, or a Bachelor's degree.

  • •Proficiency in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products.
  • •Ability to support a disciplined sales process, including follow-up programs and outbound calling.
