Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure high availability, performance, and resilience of production systems using SRE best practices and post-incident corrective actions.
  • •Automate operations to reduce manual tasks and improve MTTR, including runbook creation and long-term remediation plans.
  • •Manage deployments, rollbacks, and environment synchronization across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production, including WebLogic/Tomcat/Apache/Nginx installation, configuration, upgrades, and tuning.
  • •Configure monitoring, logging, and observability using New Relic and Splunk, including dashboards, alerts, and anomaly detection.
  • •Lead incident bridges, manage problem tickets and root-cause analysis, and ensure compliance with ITIL processes for change, release, and incident management.

Key Requirements

  • •10-12 years of experience in SRE/Middleware/DevOps engineering with production stability ownership.
  • •Deep expertise in middleware platforms including WebLogic, Tomcat, Apache, and Nginx, including performance tuning.
  • •Ability to implement SRE best practices such as error budgets, SLIs/SLOs, capacity planning, chaos testing, and runbook creation.
  • •Experience with automation and infrastructure tools such as Shell Scripting and Terraform to reduce manual operational tasks and improve MTTR.
  • •Leadership capability to lead a team and coordinate incident/problem management with cross-functional stakeholders.
