Ensure the reliability, uptime, and compliance of manufacturing and facility equipment by executing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting failures, and supporting production operations. Maintain regulatory-compliant documentation using tools like CMMS and GMP records, handle facility issues (plumbing, HVAC, electrical), and support equipment reliability with rapid response to unplanned downtime. Train assembly technicians, manage maintenance logs and spare parts inventory, and participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 coverage.

Key Responsibilities

•Install, set up, repair, and maintain manufacturing tooling and equipment to support uptime and reliability.
•Execute preventive maintenance and update maintenance procedures; complete entries in Preventative Maintenance Logbooks and Faciliworks.
•Troubleshoot equipment and manufacturing process problems and respond to unplanned failures in real time.
•Assist with facility issues including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services; maintain non-production equipment that supports production.
•Train assembly technicians, organize spare parts inventory, provide periodic management reports, and participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 support.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent required; two-year technical degree preferred.
•1-3 years’ experience in a similar maintenance role.
•Medical device manufacturing experience and/or GMP knowledge preferred.
•Working knowledge of HVAC, utilities, and electrical systems, including plumbing and electrical/HVAC services.
•Ability to read and understand schematics, with communication skills and computer literacy.
