Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely and efficiently operate the cooker and associated rendering equipment to produce finished product meeting food safety and production requirements.
  • •Conduct daily inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation and meet food safety and performance specifications.
  • •Monitor raw material bins, flow ways, and finished storage bins to ensure food safety and production efficiency.
  • •Monitor mechanical systems for safety/food safety/mechanical issues and react accordingly.
  • •Complete housekeeping duties and may assist maintenance and other duties assigned by management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.1 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Capable of communicating in both oral and written formats.
  • •Understand the fundamental principles of manufacturing.
  • •Effective communication skills.
  • •Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and perform required physical duties (standing, sitting, using hands/fingers, occasional walking/reaching/climbing/stooping).
  • •Close vision acuity capability and ability to cross-train personnel as needed.
