Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee onsite scientific support objectives and ensure delivery of high-level scientific support services to customers.
  • •Serve as the primary liaison between the client and VWR Services and coordinate daily onsite service delivery activities.
  • •Manage program performance via operational reviews, KPI tracking, and performance reporting, while driving continuous improvement.
  • •Coordinate staffing, recruitment, training, associate development, and resource planning, including prioritizing daily operational activities.
  • •Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards and support other teams (Production, Quality Control, Facilities) to maintain uninterrupted service delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent relevant industry experience.
  • •Proven people management experience, including recruitment, performance management, coaching, and employee development.
  • •Experience creating safety and operational documentation, including work instructions, risk assessments, and COSHH documentation.
