Job Summary

Oversee the day-to-day delivery of onsite scientific support services at a client facility in Nijmegen. Serve as the primary liaison between the client and VWR Services, lead daily service operations, track KPIs and program performance, and coordinate staffing, training, and resource planning for the onsite team. Drive continuous improvement, ensure safety/quality/compliance standards are met, and provide hands-on operational support and coverage as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee onsite scientific support objectives and ensure delivery of high-level scientific support services to customers.
•Serve as the primary liaison between the client and VWR Services and coordinate daily onsite service delivery activities.
•Manage program performance via operational reviews, KPI tracking, and performance reporting, while driving continuous improvement.
•Coordinate staffing, recruitment, training, associate development, and resource planning, including prioritizing daily operational activities.
•Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards and support other teams (Production, Quality Control, Facilities) to maintain uninterrupted service delivery.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent relevant industry experience.
•Proven people management experience, including recruitment, performance management, coaching, and employee development.
•Experience creating safety and operational documentation, including work instructions, risk assessments, and COSHH documentation.
