Cost Manager role within Turner & Townsend’s Programme Delivery for the UK health programme. Lead cost management and estimating across capital hospital projects, using NRM1/2 knowledge to develop robust cost plans, manage risks, and provide clear reporting. Collaborate with scheme leads, Trusts and Advisors to drive cost control, value engineering, and governance across transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

•Support cost management and estimating across all cost management tasks for capital building projects.
•Provide detailed cost analysis and reporting to support commercial decision making.
•Maintain the approved cost baseline and cost assurance, including risk review and data verification.
•Engage with Trusts, Cost Consultants and Contractors to build and maintain robust cost management and reporting.
•Contribute to change control including the cost assessment of changes.

Key Requirements

•Experience using NRM1/2 across projects of different scale.
•Relevant technical qualification with demonstrable track record in delivering major projects and programmes of significant value and complexity
•Strong client-focused approach with excellent stakeholder management skills
•Working towards or holding an applicable professional qualification
•Experience in construction consultancy, healthcare/life science projects, or digital software for project management is advantageous
