Project Manager- Life Science

Lead life science construction projects by owning project cost, schedule, and budgets, and coordinating general contractors, vendors, and consultants. Review and approve proposals, scopes, and cost-loaded schedules, validate estimates, and manage work-in-place and payment requests. Drive client meetings, support dispute/change-order advocacy, monitor construction cost drivers, oversee scheduling consultant reviews, and ensure smooth transfer to client operations with close-out documentation and warranties.
