Key Responsibilities

•Work with HC Functions to drive and deliver key HC initiatives such as performance management and talent reviews, talent development, total rewards, employee relations and employee experience
•Contribute to the implementation of HC projects initiated by the HC Team in the Corporate Head Office and provide input based on country requirements
•Work with the Total Rewards team to conduct accurate job evaluations
•Forecast manpower needs and costs in compliance with the overall budget
•Advise and recommend updates to policies and procedures; ensure stakeholders follow and implement the same

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Administration or Human Capital Management
•3-5 years in a Human Capital Department
•Professional HR Certification such as CIPR, SHRM, AHARI is preferred
•Stakeholder management
•Project Management skills
