Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for all logistics matters and manage customer inquiries with timely escalation when needed.
  • •Provide guidance and training on proactive demand forecasting and inventory planning with the customer.
  • •Ensure compliance with aviation, quality, and safety regulations, including documentation verification, Human Factors, FOD prevention, and Dangerous Goods (DG) regulations.
  • •Manage logistics flow and part availability: oversee replenishment lifecycle, induction into repair/overhaul cycles, archives for spare/repair documentation, and support forecasting insights.
  • •Supervise warehouse activity and reporting: direct inbound/outbound stock movement recording, inventory reconciliations, transport coordination, and monthly activity reporting against contractual KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics Business or related disciplines from a recognized university.
  • •Minimum 5 years experience in a supply chain environment, preferably in aerospace (helicopters experience preferred).
  • •Proven customer and stakeholder experience across all levels, including senior management.
  • •Ability to operate with high autonomy on client locations while balancing multiple objectives in a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • •Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software like SAP, plus basic data tools.
