Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn and perform all responsibilities within the Protein Conversion Area.
  • •Keep a close eye on raw material bins.
  • •Clean floors and clean the catch basin and raw material walls daily.
  • •Foam weekly.
  • •Unload reefer and open-top trailers, verify and wash out each trailer, and learn to operate PITs.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • •Able to obtain a yard jockey license.
  • •Must be able to operate a forklift and bobcat.
  • •Willing to promote safe working habits with an excellent work, safety, and attendance record.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to work in a non-clean environment with chicken parts not used for consumption.
