Drive Alfa Laval’s North American industrial flow growth by leading commercialization and market expansion for industrial flow technologies. Own scalable go-to-market strategy and expand a channel/distributor/OEM/integrator partner ecosystem. Build relationships with key customers, align regional growth with global business objectives and product roadmaps, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Applications Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Business Leadership to deliver profitable growth.

•Develop and execute the North American commercial strategy for Industrial Flow technologies.
•Lead go-to-market commercialization efforts and expand market presence and solution positioning.
•Build and strengthen strategic relationships with distributors, OEMs, integrators, channel partners, and key customers.
•Collaborate with global business teams and partner functions to align regional growth strategies with business objectives and product roadmaps.
•Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team; drive commercial excellence through account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and market prioritization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
•Minimum of 10 years of commercial leadership experience in industrial manufacturing, process equipment, flow technologies, pumps, mixers, heat transfer, or related industrial markets.
•Experience leading and developing commercial teams.
•Experience developing and managing distributor, channel, OEM, or integrator partner networks.
•Proven ability to commercialize new technologies or expand product portfolios in a complex industrial environment.
