Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and manage banking relationships with corporate clients in line with Hong Kong’s corporate banking strategy.
  • •Coordinate with senior bankers and product partners to deliver a comprehensive range of solutions, including loans and transaction banking.
  • •Drive facility utilization and cross-sell by engaging clients, identifying needs, and maintaining high service standards.
  • •Prepare call reports, briefing memos, term sheets, transaction return calculations, account plans, credit proposals, and financial projections for deal execution.
  • •Coordinate client acceptance, onboarding, due diligence, and MIS reporting, while ensuring compliance, audit, governance, and risk controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • •Minimum 10 years of relationship management experience within Corporate Banking.
  • •Excellent credit/financial analysis and report writing abilities.
  • •Experience with capital market products, derivatives, trade finance, and corporate finance is preferred.
  • •Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle pressure and deadlines.
