Senior Rep - Repo Admin

Review and fulfill repo administration requests within policy and procedure, investigating payment history and supporting repossession approval decisions. Identify and escalate potential risks, perform control-based tasks, and partner with multiple lines of business to resolve consumer issues. Work across multiple systems in a high-volume environment while meeting service-level agreements, compliance/QC requirements, and internal goal metrics. Communicate clearly for routine and escalated requests and support complex handling groups on special account types.
