Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Control System Design: Develop and implement control strategies that ensure safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations.
•Automation Development: Design and program automation systems using PLCs, SCADA, and associated technologies to improve productivity and system performance.
•System Integration: Integrate equipment and control systems across the line, including machine-to-machine communication and higher-level data systems.
•Advanced Technologies: Apply data analytics, digital tools, or advanced control methods (e.g., AI/ML where applicable) to improve process capability and decision-making.
•Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting: Analyze system performance, identify root causes of issues, and implement sustainable improvements.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and project teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver improvements.
•Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain technical documentation and train plant personnel on system operation and support.
•Safety & Compliance: Ensure all systems meet electrical, machine safety, and corporate standards, promoting safe work practices.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 165,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field; Electrical or Automation Engineering preferred
•5+ years of experience in industrial controls and automation
•Experience with PLCs (ControlLogix preferred) and HMI/SCADA systems
•Process control knowledge (continuous and/or batch) and instrumentation, drives, motion control, and vision systems
•Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities
