Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide additional capacity across compensation programs, recurring processes, and priority projects to keep people programs accurate, consistent, and equitable.
  • •Support annual compensation processes (merit, promotion, and equity cycles) from planning through completion.
  • •Validate compensation data, maintain accurate models, and produce analyses, reports, and recommendations.
  • •Coordinate new-hire, promotion, and internal-move equity awards with Finance, Legal, Accounting, and relevant People teams.
  • •Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, job evaluation, and internal equity analyses; deliver responsive compensation guidance and process-improvement projects.
