Provide timely, accurate client transactions and deliver a high-quality banking experience in the branch. Cross-train to educate clients on digital and self-service banking options (ATMs, Online, Mobile) and support sales activities through outbound calls. Help execute Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to identify client needs, refer opportunities to specialists, and support account openings and problem resolution while adhering to risk management and internal controls.
