Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and coordinate operational strategies for ERDS, including reviewing and preparing planning reports, records, and data.
  • •Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operating goals; approve and allocate resources based on business priorities.
  • •Oversee equipment turn-in operations to DLA Disposition Services or other DoD entities, coordinating receiving, inspection, documentation, and preparation workflows.
  • •Ensure 100% equipment accountability and compliance with Army supply policies, including property book procedures and required regulations.
  • •Supervise logistics technicians, warehouse staff, forklift operators, and quality control personnel; ensure safety compliance and prepare daily/weekly reporting on turn-in volumes, processing timelines, and discrepancies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent military/civilian experience).
  • •Minimum 5 years in logistics or supply chain management, including 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
  • •Experience with military supply systems and equipment turn-in operations; knowledge of GCSS-Army, FEDLOG, DLA Disposition Services, and equipment classifications (LIN/NICN/NSN).
  • •Strong understanding of DA PAM 710-2-1, AR 735-5, AR 710-2, and applicable FAR/DFARS clauses; ability to manage audits, inventories, and inspections in a high-tempo environment.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office Suite and logistics software/systems; must obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and background eligibility (Tier1/NACI).
