Key Responsibilities

•Provide delivery leadership within the Solutions Delivery Engineering team, supporting engagement quality, consistency, and best practices.
•Act as a point of escalation for complex or high-impact engagements within the defined service scope.
•Deliver Sonatype service offerings in alignment with scope, success criteria, and delivery standards, including implementation and customer guidance.
•Support product-focused migration activities by executing data and configuration tasks, validating completion, and ensuring alignment with target state requirements.
•Manage engagement timelines, expectations, communication, and documentation, and collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Product Management.

Key Requirements

•You are a US Citizen.
•At least 8 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, software delivery, or related work.
•Knowledge of repository management, artifact workflows, CI/CD tools, containers, and orchestration.
•Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, modern build ecosystems, and SDLC.
•Ability to work with Groovy, Bash, Python, Helm, or YAML when required.
