  • •Deliver customer onboarding, migration, configuration, and optimization of Sonatype products within defined scope and success criteria.
  • •Lead complex engagements as an escalation point and help guide resolution while staying within service scope.
  • •Mentor other Solutions Delivery Engineers through delivery reviews, knowledge sharing, and peer guidance.
  • •Manage engagement timelines, expectations, communication, and documentation; facilitate working sessions and customer reviews.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to improving service templates, delivery standards, and internal documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, software delivery, or related work.
  • •Knowledge of repository management and artifact workflows, including CI/CD, containers, and orchestration.
  • •Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and modern build ecosystems and SDLC.
  • •Ability to work with Groovy, Bash, Python, Helm, or YAML when required.
  • •Experience leading customer engagements with clear communication, documentation, and ownership; provide delivery leadership or escalation support in a team or regional delivery environment.
