Senior Cost Manager

Senior Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor role leading cost management for construction projects. You’ll act as the key client interface, deliver value-added cost management, and provide leadership while embedding Turner & Townsend’s purpose and values. Responsibilities include estimating change orders, cost planning, collaborating with design teams and contractors, preparing cost updates, and managing cost controls and post-contract variances to support client objectives.
