Job Summary

Lead retail and field learning strategy for direct-to-consumer and indirect channels, driving measurable gains in recommendation rate, brand advocacy, and sell-through. Own curriculum design and product launch training, oversee blended delivery across major retail partners nationwide, and develop field representative training. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, PR, and global stakeholders to align content with product roadmaps and competitive positioning, while reporting performance and continuously improving KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and own end-to-end retail and field training strategy across DTC and indirect channels, translating business strategy into learning outcomes that drive sales and recommendation rate.
•Develop product launch training implementation strategies, including gap analysis, budgeting, delivery method selection, content development, and post-launch evaluation.
•Manage creation of retail and field training content to equip retail and field teams with knowledge and skills to sell and advocate for Samsung products.
•Oversee deployment of training across multiple modalities (in-person, virtual, e-learning, on-demand) for national retail partners, independent dealers, and Samsung-operated channels.
•Build and lead the training organization, including national trainers and instructional designers; manage vendors and the retail/field training budget with KPI-based continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
•10+ years progressive training/learning & development experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or director-level leadership role.
•Experience designing and delivering retail and/or field training in consumer electronics/technology or comparable consumer goods environments.
•Proven ability to lead training initiatives across direct-to-consumer and indirect/channel partner environments.
•Strong command of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM), and blended learning strategies; proficiency with LMS and e-learning authoring tools.
