Key Responsibilities

•Train junior personnel in qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to aggregate, assess, and analyze threats, intelligence reporting, personal identifiers, and biometric data, and draw logical fact-based recommendations and conclusions in accordance with SOPs.
•Demonstrate knowledge of management principles and administrative processes, including communication channels, record-keeping, correspondence routing, and organizational structure.
•Possess strong oral and written communication skills to effectively present findings, ask probing questions, and collaborate with staff to gather mission-critical information and train more junior Intelligence Analysts.
•Extract, analyze, and synthesize intelligence data from multiple complex sources to support threat analysis, screening, and support for unit operations; train more junior staff in related best practices.
•Apply complex guidance and standard procedures, and perform additional duties including training and quality assurance of more junior staff.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 72,250 - 97,750 annually
