Lead development of advanced microelectronics packaging for NVIDIA Networking Business Unit. Collaborate with SI, layout, and ASIC design teams to address packaging, manufacturing, cost, and electrical design challenges; drive reliability, failure analysis, and production support for high-volume products; work with subcontractors and vendors to deliver ambitious packaging solutions and guide project schedules and quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development of groundbreaking microelectronics packaging for Nvidia Networking Business Unit's future products
•Collaborate with world-leading vendors to develop highly ambitious packaging solutions
•Join and lead task forces to investigate and support production excursions, failure analysis, and reliability issues
•Conduct failure investigations and provide production support for high-volume products
•Coordinate with SI, layout and ASIC teams to plan schedules and resolve packaging and manufacturing challenges

Key Requirements

•MSc or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering / Materials Engineering or similar
•At least 5 years of experience with development of complex processes (warpage, heat, optics, adhesives, etc)
•Experience co-working with subcontractors and vendors
•Vision and focus for projects and team
•Curious and creative problem solver with strong interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task
