Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute growth strategy in Eastern Ontario and NCR with measurable outcomes.
•Champion client and market growth by leveraging a market heatmap and driving strategic pursuits with Regional and Sector leadership.
•Strengthen client relationships and elevate client care with data-driven insights, partnering with the Canadian Client Program.
•Support Regional M&A activities, including integration support and opportunity identification.
•Be responsible for market performance (net revenue, sales, DSO, client satisfaction, turnover) and ensure HSE and Emergency Response preparedness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 195,980

•Proven experience in leadership or operational management within a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.
•Ability to inspire teams, influence outcomes, and build alignment across diverse stakeholders.
•Strong business development acumen, client relationship capability, and financial management skills.
•Experience supporting strategy execution and cross-functional collaboration across office and market environments.
•Experience across multiple sectors or P&L leadership is an asset.
