Key Responsibilities

  • •Utilize demand signals, on-hand inventory, and inventory targets to build a comprehensive network supply plan in SAP that meets financial, operational, and service objectives including OTIF.
  • •Partner with stakeholders (demand planners, customer management, supply planners, sales, and finance) to provide distributor and replenishment plans and exception-based reporting; recommend actions to meet demand.
  • •Review that system-generated planned order generations align and convert correctly into process orders within the downstream production scheduling horizon.
  • •Generate supply plans and dispatch materials to third-party manufacturers to ensure customer service.
  • •Manage aging finished goods and support broader supply chain activities such as S&OP/capacity planning, master data updates, KPI reporting (working capital and service), and network material transfers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • •2 to 3 years in a supply chain/planning related role
  • •Experience managing inventory, replenishment planning, and production scheduling
  • •ERP experience (SAP preferred) and proficiency with Excel
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills; able to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
