Job Summary

Lead a transport coordination team for Mercado Envios, overseeing the first mile and last mile driver experience, ensuring a safe, efficient and positive journey with Mercado Livre. Develop and guide the driver support area (Kangu CX) with standardized processes, performance indicators and improvement plans in collaboration with product and operations. Adapt quickly to changing environments while maintaining strategic focus and high-impact problem solving across a dynamic logistics platform.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of collaborators responsible for the driver experience in first mile and last mile, ensuring a positive journey and safe, agile pickup and delivery processes.
•Develop and steer the driver support area for Kangu with standardized systems, unique indicators of performance, and improvement plans with product and operations.
•Ensure processes and experience are well-executed, with the ability to adapt to changing short-term environments, and maintain a strategic focus and problem-solving orientation to diagnose opportunities and build high-impact solutions.
•Collaborate with product and operations to design and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality across Mercado Envios.
•Foster teamwork and a strong, positive workplace culture to support scalable logistics operations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or higher completed
•Experience in a call center or centralized service area with productivity metrics, workflow design and central systems
•Knowledge of relationship management, CX/experiential management and project management, with strong prioritization and execution abilities
•Availability to work in Osasco (onsite 4x per week) and own a vehicle
•Ability to lead, coordinate and improve processes with a cross-functional team
