Key Responsibilities

•Build comprehensive joint business plans and GTM strategies with Deloitte for Americas (2–3 sectors), including industry solutions that support sales quota and marketing goals.
•Lead practice development by evaluating partner expertise and activating GTM programs, including certification growth planning and enablement support.
•Coordinate and execute co-marketing initiatives such as events, webinars, and content creation to increase partner visibility.
•Support enterprise transformation deals by assisting field teams with deal registration, reporting, proposal support, and leadership alignment.
•Own pipeline performance by diving into GACV and Consumption numbers to identify gaps, lead forecast calls, and hold regional teams accountable.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 196,000 - 257,250 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of partner experience in strategic alliances, sales, marketing, and business development in technology.
•5+ years channel sales or channel program management experience with accountability for revenue targets.
•Demonstrated track record of success and established relationships with Snowflake system integrators, including experience with Deloitte.
•Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
•High proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and Slack; AI productivity tools experience is a plus.
