Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of sales and relationship management experience, preferably with wealth management clients.
  • •Build and maintain a strong network of Centers of Influence (COIs) for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, including attorneys, estate planning professionals, and CPAs.
  • •Knowledge of fiduciary capabilities and services (e.g., personal trusts, living trusts, wills, investment management, custody, estate and tax planning), including fee structures and documentation.
  • •Series 7 and 63 licenses are required; additional designations such as CFP, CFTA, CFA, or CIMA are strongly preferred.
  • •Ability to profile clients’ financial landscapes and use analytical and communication skills to connect client needs to Northern Trust solutions.
